Privacy policy

General terms

This Policy is the official document of the Internet resource MasterWork site https://mw2.global, and determines the procedure for processing and protection of information about Users.

Relations that are related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users of the Site shall be governed by this Policy, User Agreement, other official documents of the Site Administration and the current legislation of Ukraine.

By registering and using the Site, the User agrees to the conditions set out in this Policy. If the User disagrees with this Policy, the use of the Site and its services shall be terminated immediately.

The Administration of the Site does not verify the reliability of the received (collected) information about Users, except when such verification is necessary in order to fulfill the obligations to the User by the Administration of the Site.

Terms and purposes of personal data processing.

The Administration of the Site does not require the providing of personal data, but in cases of voluntary provision by the User, can store only those personal data, which are necessary for providing feedback to the User.

The Administration of the Site may use personal information of the User for the following purposes::

• Identification of the party within the framework of agreements and agreements with the Site Administration;
• Communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Site, as well as processing requests and requests from the User;
• Improving the quality of services on the Site, convenience of the Site, development of new functions of the Site;
• Conducting statistical and other researches based on anonymised data.

The Administration of the Site stores personal information of Users in accordance with internal regulations.

Personal information of the User shall be kept confidential, except for cases when the User voluntarily provides information about himself for public access to an unlimited number of persons.

The Administration of the Site has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

• The User has given his consent to such actions;
• Transfer is required as part of the User’s usage of the Site;
• Transfer is provided by Ukrainian or other applicable legislation within the procedure established by law;
• Such a transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or partly), with all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by the purchaser;
• In order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration of the Site or third parties in cases where the User violates the User Agreement.

When processing personal data of Users the Administration of the Site is guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data"».

The order of activation and modifying of the Policy.

The policy takes effect from the date of publication on the Site and is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new Policy.

Current version of the Policy is a public document.

The Administration of the Site has the right to make changes to the Policy. When making changes, the Administration of the Site notifies users about this by posting the new edition on the Site at the permanent address

Continuation of usage of the Site by the User after the placement of the Policy in the new edition or placement of the Policy in the new edition is recognized by the Parties by the User in full.

Personal data set.

Personal data of Users include those provided by Users and the minimum necessary for registration on the Site.
