yea just noticed for the skill transfer , but you should be able to enchant the major heal, since i could even do it in interlude.

1. I cant find npc for skill transfer ,also i didn't get Holy Pomander after 3rd class change on Evas saint. 2. Eva's saint don't have the option to enchant major heal at npc.

Can you check the chance for active/passive skill on top ls 76 , because i played on l2dex before i came here, and your files are the same, and there I was getting at least one active every 10 top 76 here I wasted over 150 and got 3 actives/passive. can you check the chance and tell me please? As far as i remember the official chance is 13.5% , here it is around 3-5% , so don't tell me its like official.
