Actually, you are wrong about "getting scammed". This is publicly available information that C-Grade items can be bought both in the donation store and in the in-game one for adena (we have announced changes on the forum).
I'll explane you why buying C-Grade in donation store is a fair enough purchase (its advantages compared to buying in the game store):
In our shop, the C-grade is sold together with other useful items such as: runes of experience, mount, samon bracelet, buff cocktails, shots, and so on. I really don't know if it is only my issue, but I can not see the animation of succeful stun. I mean that sort of little stars over the head of my target and it is happening when I stun a mob / character and even when I got stunned.

Hey. I just found out that after 2nd prof (wich I got for adena from family shop) I dont have much skils by lvl 49 so it looks like that when I got 2nd sistem gave me skills just for lvl 40 and I didnt got rest. I tried to restart, turn off, talk with NPC's nothing worked.. Can you take a peak at that cuz I cant play now and i just spent money for some runing out exp bonus...
autolearn is only until lvl 40, go to an orc npc an get the skills

imo the best solution is to set chars to lvl 1, wipe the items, and refresh the family coins in the master accounts, like this everyone is able to experience a fair start (since there was kamaloka exploits) and you don't lose a single cent from donations. i must say im disappointed with your decision.
