You can try to Flush your DNS (you can easily find a guide on Google.com how to perform it from the cmd) then: Open the panel of your router settings, and reset all defaults options, reset statistics as well. (usually you can find the router setting panel on the address 192.168.1.1) Disable the firewall on the router as well and check that port filtering is disabled. restart the router and reboot the pc. Disable as well Antivirus/Anti Spy-ware and Windows Defender, or whatever can block or filter the connection between you and the server. i suggest you to do all this things, but one by one / step by step, in order to identify the possible issue.
