Well that is disappointing ~ its easier to hunt on Hellbound and IoP then any of those spots.
And none of them drop S grade.
The server description says that there are new "main locations" that drop Attribute stones and S grade items, but they don't say which ones.
So are there more locations that you added yourself, or just the normal Gracia Epilogue ones?

What you said seems completely unreasonable as not every main pvp spots[specially HellBound/Seed of Infinity/Seed of Destruction] is a easy 1 button direct teleport, and who the hell goes town instead of Ress/Noble. and No PPL will not easily reach 85 in 24 hours because of that.
Yeah you can absolutely teleport to main pvp spots. You can do so with the club card OR with MYTELEPORT.
And any idiot will be able to reach max level with full buffs. They will easily make lvl 80 even without the buffs.
With fullbuff you will be lvl 85 within 24h and in PvPs you just die, go back to town, come back fully buffed 3 seconds later and nobody ever wins.

I have never seen a server that charges you more money in the past 15+ years of Lineage 2.
I mean in 4-5 Hours on 10x GE you can make level 75.

Oh no, it took me a whole 6 minutes to clear that damn guard part of the quest :D
The most important quests would be
- the lvl 15 quests for Adena (DE village WH manager)
- lvl 15 quest on Talkin Island (Elias) makes you lvl 30 instantly and only takes 5 minutes
- lvl 40+ quest Cruma Tower (NPC just outside of the tower) for about 1kk Adena and some fine exp
- all Pailaka quests (lvl 38+/61+/73+)
- the lvl 80+ quests Wings of Sand and Legendary Tale for BEWS/Vesper weapons
You buy Avers on your Master Account, not on the server you are playing on.
Once you got the Avers on your Account, you can transfer them to any server to any character.
You can buy all 3 professions, the noble quest, all kind of pets, exp runes, sp runes, costumes, A grade weapons and armors and so on.
More difficult than changing the language by yourself for a single time for sure.
