Updater error

5 days after opening my SE cant yet connect to the server with several problems,we downloaded latest updated links for systems etc including updater.He is running on windows 8 and problem he gets is this one http://screenshu.com/static/uploads/temporary/9q/n1/3w/xffusi.jpg

He Launches game normaly and after ID +PW he gets crash.Crash report from game http://screenshu.com/static/uploads/temporary/kw/66/et/9s9tk1.jpg

I would like immediate feedback if possible.We grew old trying to fix this.

 

Also he told me he did the following steps

updated windows

updated directx 9

added to dep whitelist

unchecked read-only attribute on files

tried both torrent and launcher client

 

PS: i am creating the thread cause he did yesterday and still isnt moderated or he did something wrong but his time is limited and cant afford playing hide and seek here.

okay, seemsed 1 certain program is not allowing you to run lineage 2, try to disable all programs at start up! After you restarted PC, do not run anything except Lineage 2. if you will send me teamviewer i can take a look
