Server is good , do not break it with bad implementations such as oly BO3(I will be unbeatable) or stages change. There are two types of people , First one is the one who plays competitive and grind a lot and second one is average player who logins into the game after work enjoys his time. You cant make it and you are not supposed to force it the people who play 15h to be equal to people who play 4h ofcourse there will be difference , how can someone be equal if I train 10 years and other person train 1 year. This stages sound like that. Make olympiad more often like every week and keep the stages as they were before.(Of course you can nerfe olympiad reward or just increase prices so it doesnt get so big boost , because all we know oly is about EGO) and while there is olympiad and all try harders will focus on it , average player can focus on catching up the rest.
