USER AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to the website of the Internet resource mw2.global, located at mw2.global, and to all related websites linked from mw2.global.

1.2. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the Internet resource website «mw2.global» (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration).

1.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove provisions of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.

1.4. Continued use of the Site by the User constitutes acceptance of the Agreement and any amendments made to it.

1.5. The User bears responsibility for their use of mw2.global by agreeing to the current terms of use.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1. The following terms have the following meanings for the purposes of this Agreement:

  • 2.1.1. Internet resource located at mw2.global, which operates through the Internet resource and related services.
  • 2.1.2. Internet resource — a website containing information about online games and online game servers, located on the Internet.
  • 2.1.3. User of the Internet resource website (hereinafter referred to as the User) — a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
  • 2.1.4. Content of the Internet resource website (hereinafter referred to as Content) consists of protected results of intellectual activity, including texts, illustrations, music, logos, software, databases, and other intellectual property objects.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. This Agreement governs the terms under which the User is provided access to the Internet resource, including all goods, services, and materials available on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the «Site»).

3.1.1. The Site provides the User with the following types of services:

  • access to electronic content at mw2.global with the ability to purchase (download) and view such content;
  • access to the Site's search and navigation tools;
  • use of all tools and services provided on the Site;
  • other services, including paid services, provided on the Site's pages.

3.1.2. This Agreement applies to all existing Site services, as well as any modifications or additional services that may be introduced in the future.

3.2. Access to the Site is provided free of charge, except for services explicitly designated as paid.

3.3. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. Use of the Site by the User constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. Rights of the Site Administration:

  • To modify the rules of use of the Site and its content.
  • To restrict or suspend access to the Site if the User violates this Agreement.
  • To modify service pricing.
  • To use cookies and similar technologies to collect information.

4.2. Rights of the User:

  • To access the Site and its services.
  • To purchase goods or use services offered on the Site.
  • To use the Site solely for purposes permitted by this Agreement.

4.3. Obligations of the User:

  • To provide additional information upon request from the Administration.
  • To respect the intellectual property rights of authors.
  • To refrain from actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Site.
  • Not to use the Site for distributing advertising without the Administration's consent.
  • Not to post illegal or misleading content.

4.4. Prohibited Actions:

  • Use of automated methods to gain unauthorized access.
  • Disruption of the Site's operation.
  • Circumvention of security systems.
  • Gaining unauthorized access to Site features.
  • Tracking information about other Users without authorization.
  • Using the Site for illegal purposes.

5. USE OF THE SITE

5.1. The Site and its content belong to the Site Administration.

5.2. Content may not be copied, published, or distributed without the written consent of the Administration.

5.3. Some services require the creation of a user account.

5.4. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

5.5. The User must notify the Administration of any unauthorized use of their account.

5.6. The Administration has the right to terminate User accounts.

5.7. This Agreement governs all terms related to the purchase of goods and services on the Site.

5.8. The Administration reserves the right to change the list of services and prices without notice.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. The User is liable for damages arising from a violation of this Agreement.

6.2. The Site Administration shall not be liable for:

  • delays or failures caused by force majeure or technical systems;
  • actions or delays of payment systems;
  • malfunction of the User's technical equipment;
  • the accuracy of the Site's content.

7. ACTIONS IN CASE OF VIOLATIONS

7.1. The Administration may disclose information about a User to investigate alleged violations.

7.2. Access may be blocked in the event of violations.

7.3. The Administration shall not be liable for the termination of access due to violations by the User.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. The parties shall attempt to voluntarily resolve any dispute using the ticket system or the contact details provided by the administration.

8.2. The recipient of a claim must respond within 30 calendar days.

8.3. Claims must be submitted within the statute of limitations period.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The Site Administration does not accept counter-proposals from Users regarding changes to this Agreement.

9.2. User reviews and feedback are not confidential and may be used by the Administration without restriction.
