  2. IF ANYONE WANTS TO MAKE A RUSSIAN TRANSLATION OF THIS AND POST IT IN THE RUSSIAN FORUM,HE/SHE IS WELCOME TO DO IT . Hello . I wanted to make an extensive argument of where this game is and especially why . So ,to begin with ,this is the situation : Servers open with a big bang , 2 months pass , servers die . GM Trolya said in 2016 on a forum post: "The community has changed. They want something fresh, something new every time". Firstly, that is not an MMORPG vision,that is a shooter game vision,like we're playing CS:GO . What people want from an mmorpg varies for sure ,but they surely want to play the game . Playing an mmorpg is about the commitment to it , not a quick-and-run and move forward . So the state of the game is a quick-and-run shooter game and the reason for this comes from the way servers are designed . From the very beginning of the server ,the path of the playerbase is split exponentially . Let me explain (with numbers) : ------------ We have 4 types of playerbases on most servers : people that play very much and donate (they are called top parties) , people that don't play a lot and donate( lazy-peons,don't usually join action and boast a lot) ,people that play a lot and don't donate (second-tier parties) and obviously the ones that don't contribute that much to server health . From the server start ,the gap between top parties and second-tier parties is huge . Server offers them free C grade gear , free shots , experience rune up till lvl 61 , 35% increased everything (i want to call this too,those numbers are wrong . How can a premium character get 47k adena from varka monsters ,while a non-premium character gets a maximum of 26k from the same monsters ?! THAT IS NOT 35% !!!!!!). So,what will happen ? The top parties will get everything possible up to a point where it's impossible for a second-tier party member to fight him. They will have faster access to epics, top gear and will monopolize the server. Then,those people will start to wither away as they say they get 'bored' of not having enemies . (Natyralu left server in 2 weeks,god bless those guys,they were good). When the top parties leave the server ,the balance is broken and people go amiss ,get scared and start looking for the new fresh experience,which will be the same exact thing,because noone is breaking the cycle of announcing some server description ,then getting donators to play A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SERVER . These types of services are not enabling the players to have an easier gameplay experience,they are making said players have an unfair, pay2win advantage which doesn't account in this game . I'm going to enumerate the advantage factor that comes from such game design,from day1 to day14 : 1 hour into the server , 2 parties were lvl 55. --- 1 hour into the server,most non-donators were lvl 25ish,while soft donators were lvl 35-40. 1 day into the server , 3 parties were lvl 76+ --- 1 day into the server, non-donators maybe made it past 40(don't forget,they have to do the 3hours quest) while soft donators were 55-60. 4 days into the server , several parties got to lvl 80,geared with A grades and some S grades ---4 days into the server,nondonators were lvl 65-70 in C grade(they didn't get any C sets or free shots,so they had to make it themselves,which cost around 12kk) while soft donators , due to the increased drop/adena rates,probably had some A grades. 1 week into the server, Natyralu had full S grades on every CP member,with weapons and everything.Noone could fight them --- Nondonators were probably still in C grades and farming / spoiling some recipes,not full sets yet. Soft donators probably finished 3rd class . 2 weeks into the server,Natyralu throws an aura flash and half the server dies,they get bored and leave . The Big Clans have been fighting for epics(top parties), anyone else has no chance to get in there,they will get stronger and stronger. There's also such factors as EASY (coins) clan lvl 5, CRP scrolls(COINS)--> CLAN SKILLS . Epic quests (which consume time) for 1 click (COINS). I think you get the idea. There's too much content given to players outside the game infrastructure,and it is not done smart,hence breaking the game . 2 months into the server: Smite leaves because they haven't been doing anything for 1 month except epics,the game gave them everything from the start and they play a lot too. -------------- What i wanted to say is that making such a game design where not everyone is equal or atleast at a linear disadvantage breaks the game . It's not fun for neither side when someone is unstoppable,because the Project gave that opportunity and did not give a counterbalance opportunity for anyone else. There's countless examples of Projects that made it extremely BIG without breaking the balance . Have you heard of the private WoW server Nostalrius ? They did not have premium accounts,they did not give heirlooms for free ,they had a team hunting bots and not unbanning them for money . They did all that with a small team of 20 members and while donating helped the project ,they did not wrap it around donations. E-global is a big platform. You can make a difference by creating content that's balanced how Lineage2 should be :). And maybe we will get a server that lives more than 2 months.

    I don't know about that at all . You add arcane power enchantment buff , clarity buff , give vortex busters , VORTEXES CAN STACK NOW , epics are even more broken . How exactly is that helping a class like say , Paladin be any relevance in PVP . Mages control mass pvp already , with archers controlling the engagements . This is just adding more powercreep .

  10. The raid information from map is totally out of sync with Interlude . You can see there rbs up to High-Five,fifth part . There's also the thing that if you press to look where the rb,for example Rok, is , you can see the Gracia Map .(or try Tiat). There's also the situation where you get a lag spike exactly when you kill a monster. Also,there's sometimes situations where's there's a "zone" on the camera(if you move mouse up-down to adjust camera,with click right) in which you don't see any structures anymore,but can see through the textures.

    Could an admin provide a list with all the changes made to classes from the original L2 interlude client ? ..In a topic about obt updates,gm 'trolya' speaks about decresing cooldown of 'counter critical',but i made a prophet and there's no such skill .

    Crashes

    Hi,for the last 2 days i've been getting constant crashes. I've pinpointed a crash on spellsinger : i use Solar Flare and when it reaches around 25% on the casting bar my game goes into Not Responding mode and doesn't go back. It's to be noted that i was getting crashes on Cardinal too on TOI 13,by just being there. Same type of crashes. And it seems more people were getting crashes,as people were saying in ally chat "half my pt gets not responding" .It got to the point where i would login and i didn't have time to BSOE that i'd get crash . It might be something with the new update,as 2 people who haven't updated were not getting any crashes,but i was getting .

  14. Hi :D . I would like to address a few issues on the server : * When you are next to a wall and hitting monsters ,you get randomly teleported . We've had this problem happening most often in Stakato Nest,the tank would pull a room of monsters and go near a wall,soul hound would start doing aoe next to the mobs and they both would start getting teleported . One of my friends conjectured that it's a "fall through the textures failsafe", you get teleported so you don't get bugged into the walls . * If you click follow on someone who is not in your near vicinity , but not too far away either ( he's around, but when you click his name you can't see clan and ally anymore) you get desynced and will appear like you're standing in your same spot,but your character would "move" invisible and suddenly 1 of 2 happens : you either click on the ground around you and you character moves extremely slow in that spot ,i presume till your "ghost" comes back or you simply get teleported. * Sometimes characters get randomly teleported,but i haven't been able to close down on the process .     Please wait with your response until we have a confirmation from Staff . And that is not easy,it's convoluted af . You don't make anything clear,you simply propose we live in a chaos driven bubble where all spoils are easter eggs . Edit for sadcat's next response : Noone from Staff has told us yet that the Tooltip works bad ,it's you that can't read. I said that if tooltip is bad means no player knows anything about the actual spoil rates, and any spoil topics are obsolete . So i want clarifications and clearly "sadcat" of "Vassal" doesn't know ,cuz ur not from Staff .

Description says 3x,but i clearly gave images of spoils with 11% , when,even accordingly to a very vague extremely subjective response that can be changed any time, that spoil should've been 33% . I believe in all languages : Spoil 3x means to everybody : "Spoil has been increased by 3 times compared to official rates" . If the spoil rates are actually "Spoil has the same rates as in official server, but , if it happens that spoil is above 70% ,we decrease said spoil to 70% and increase spoil quantity" please specify it like that :D .

    1.1. User automatically accept project rules during registration. Ignorance or misunderstanding rules doesn't exempt from responsibility 1.2. Administration can make any changes in concept/rules without notifying players . Spoil шанс x3, кол-во х1 (превышение 70% шанса приводит к добавлению кол-ва) it roughly translates (using google translate) into : Spoil chance x3, call x1 (play 70% chance of adding additional cards) . What exactly did i misunderstand ? In both english and russian server descriptions, you say the same thing . If the staff wants,you can use your rules above to forcefully change the spoil rates now that a server-base exists and you don't need to attract players using "grand openings" ,but i feel that would have a negative impact . Second , this topic is made because my last topic on this matter has been merged with ANOTHER one . Thirdly, this topic was made because i did not request such a merge and it didn't make sense,since i gave a different insight into the problem . Fourth , and the most important, i make this topic because it's needed for both players to have a more enjoyable gameplay and for staff to acknowledge the problem and have an easier life with the community . Now that this has been put aside , let's start with some server description quotes : "Invesments. The point is not the money and advertising. The point is people and strong relationships, you are not looking for just "Official files" or "Grand opening", but for the well-organised show. Our primary resource is your trust, which has the highest value. We were able to create a community who awaits E-global servers with its unique traits and atmosphere. What is more, our team wants to justify your trust and expectations, bringing our servers to perfection." "Spoil Chance x3, q-ty х1 (if chance is over 70% drop quantity will be increased)" , i will presume "q-ty" stands for "quantity" and i hope i'm correct . I shall start with enumerating the problems with spoil : 1) If the spoil rates are above 70%, they are capped biased around 70%. 2) Most if not all spoil rates i've encountered are retail-like 1x . 3) The spoil doesn't have increased quantity if the chance is above 70% It is time to provide some examples. I want to enforce the fact that these examples have been gathered by the formula "let's go check some spoil location and gather examples" . THESE EXAMPLES HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED INTELIGENTLY TO MAKE THE RANDOM POOL SEEM LIKE I'VE RUN SPECIFICALLY TO FIND THE 3 MONSTERS WHICH HAD SPOIL PROBLEMS. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FACT ! 1) https://imgur.com/a/5vD9k http://lineage.pmfun.com/npc/21321/hot-springs-atrox.html As we can see in the first picture , the spoil rates for that monster are even lower than on retail,at 79% rather than 100%. They should be 300% or quantity increase 3 times . 2) https://imgur.com/a/vDTNs http://lineage.pmfun.com/npc/21320/hot-springs-yeti.html http://lineage.pmfun.com/npc/21316/hot-springs-flava.html As we can see in the second and third image , spoil rates are similar or exactly as they would be on a server which had 1x spoil rates . I WANT TO EMPHASIZE AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A LOCAL PROBLEM, BUT SERVER-WIDE . I CAN GO IN ANY SPOT AND FIND ENOUGH EXAMPLES OF BAD SPOIL RATES TO FILL NASA'S HARDDRIVES FULL OF IMAGES . This topic has been made so that the Staff can acknowledge that there is a problem and that it needs fixed . Also,this post has been made on forum because doing it using Support Ticked means i shall have no witnesses to the post's existence . Also,i want to add that these images have been made After the 14th of October's update and i have updated my client since then .     In-game Map

    As of the latest update , my in-game map (press M or alt-M ,depending of if you have enter chat or not) is in RUSSIAN . I understand that a big part of server's population belongs to said country , but let's not forget we're still playing on the continent where the de-facto international language is ENGLISH . If that were not the case,i would request my updates to change my in-game map in ROMANIAN . If such a request seems unreasonable, then your changing the in-game map in Russian is also UNREASONABLE and i hereby request the next update to fix the problem,either by giving players the option of switching between english and russian-typed in-game maps or ENGLISH only ,as it should be .     Spoil rates **NOT LOCAL**

    Hi , i would like to ask what are the ACTUAL spoil rates of the server . On server description it says 3x chance,1x quantity . On monster spoils it says close or exactly the same chances as on 1x spoil rates , from l2dropspoil . This is not a local "THERE'S SOME MOBS HERE AND THERE WITH BAD SPOIL RATES WE'LL FIX FORGET ABOUT IT" kinda thing . This is on all the monsters in the game. If the tooltip in-game is misleading and gives bad information on spoil rates,fix it and give us a confirmation that it doesn't show what it should . If it is working as intended,change spoil rates on server description to 1x chance ,1x quantity and stop misleading people . If you actually intended to make spoil rates 3x on chance, get to work and tell us that you started working on it . Thanks and looking forward to a straight-forward answer from Staff .
