Can you increase weight limit? Or everyone will have to donate for this? We can't carry 2k bss and 200 mana potions without donation weight limit rune

The weight limit is retail, we didn't change it. It is balanced
What is the starting gear for new characters and how can you get D grade?

The starting gear will be NoGrade equipment. Full D and C grade equipment you will be able to buy from standart NPC in Giran, Aden and Rune
I have an issue though. I dont own a PC at home so i can only play at a store which provides internet services ( internet cafe) So, the thing is that when i change the location settings , the PC is forced to restart and when it does the pc settings from the servers of the store, which always have to be configured at a system start up, set by default the location as it is. Can i do something to bypass that and be aple to play? Thanks for your time!

L2.exe only works on russian computers by default, forcing others to change system locale language.

Just change "UNICODE" in system (control panel>language>location>Administrative>Change the system's regional settings>and choose "Russia"

People left the server cuz gm”s didnt want to keep them here they actualy want the server to fail so they can open a new pvp before the september low rate thats the plan but they cant just shut down the server cuz ppl will refund their money , about screenshot cant get ban for typing something in chat u got proofs of selling or anything? I guess not the only thing u do here is found this guy more buyers in case he do rmt , and make him get banned will be a gift cuz he will demand refund for unreasonable ban and as i know he donated alot for the server u think that guy destroy :) have fun

make sure you've downloaded the client from our portal (http://l2e-global.com/reg ), and also make sure that you haven't install any third-party software.
After this please follow the next steps:
- delete "System", "Textures" and "SysTexstures" folders
- disable your antivirus and/or brandmauer/firewall
- make a full check by using updater
