For some reason the bonuses of the premium account are not on my alt character that is on the main account that has premium.

bruh i can show you these boxes i have on my 67 HE that are +50% xp for 30 mins or some shit they just appear in my inventory? lol

so i changed my f1-f12 keys in shortcuts to 1-= and it was working fine for like a week and now everytime i log in and out my shortcuts reset and i have to reenter them everytime its so fucking annoying and i have to do it on EVERY client wtf is going on???

so what about the people that lost ss/sps and cocktails due to the server being unstable? will we be reimbursed for what we lost? easiest solution is to just wipe the server and start new tomorrow it would be the most fair for everyone and also less of a hassle trying to figure out who all to pay back.

All the way from the updater/launcher only working for half the players, to spending hours and hours on end to try and figure out how to get the server to run, finally figure it out, get on the server and it crashes every 10 mins, wasting all the cocktails and ss i just donated for. This is an actual joke/shit show. Get it together and provide your customer's with a quality product that's worth paying for. Out of the 16 years I have played L2, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a server launch. Hope yall can figure it out before its too late and all of the pop leaves, and if thats the case I hope you can refund donations.

Why does the updater download so slow..? i finally figured out the issue i was having with the server 2 hours before launch but now i have to wait for this 22gb update to download that is downloading at 2 mb's? when my download speed is like 15 mbs? its going to take like 2 1/2 hours to download this so im going to miss server opening and have to find a new party to level with... (PS IF YOUR HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR GAME LAUNCHER, DOWNLOAD TO YOUR C: DRIVE NOT YOUR DESKTOP it will cause issues if you download it to your desktop trust me i learned the hard way and wasted hours of my time trying to figure this stupid shit out.)

your not understanding what im saying. i have no option to choose where its downloading. it automatically downloads to my desktop. i have no choice it gives me that error everytime i try and *specify the path to the client*

So when I launch the launcher, it starts a download and puts the files on my desktop, ive tried changing the path to where they go so i can put the files in a folder so there not all over my desktop covering it up but it wont let me change the path to where they download it gives me a error everytime i try and change it, so i let the files download to my desktop. i tried to drag them into a folder and push play and it just starts another update for all the files i just downloaded. so i put the files that it downloaded back on my desktop and pushed play after it verified all the files and it ran. after i log off the game and go to launch the launcher again it has to verify all the files all over again and then i can push play.. what is up with this thing? i literally have spent over 8 hours trying to figure this out and i have also had 2 people that had no issues with the server help me and they cant even figure it out.. its like my launcher is corrupt? ive tried redownloading and reinstalling multiple times but always the same result! i really want to play this server with all my friends and what not but i dont know if i am going to if this persists with no fix.. it is mad annoying to say the least specially after trying multiple things and getting the same end result. (i tried downloading the client through a torrent and also through my browser both ways same result) i would love to move the files into a folder so it doesnt cover my whole desktop and also not have to verify my files everytime i go to launch the game unless thats just how the launcher works?? idk anyways long story short HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!! please!
