Are you using our Game Client?

Before you made update, did you Delete both folders: SYSTEM & SYSTEM_AVERIA_GUARD

after that you can press Quick Check.

 

 

Common problem why players take critical error is because they over patch our game client with other server patches and thats why they take critical error. OR you're using original H5 client that is not developed by us.

i use original ("clean") h5 client and yes before update i reinstalled game and deleted system folder, after update i did quick check

 

in that case, Delete System & System_Averia_Guard , run FULL CHECK

Hey.My system language is English(allways was English) but still get error about Locale!!!

2. Runtime Error still apear,and i unninstalled c++, Restarted PC,installed your given links,Restarted..Still same error!!!

Now after your updates its only time waste with that system!!

Changing Locale, DOES NOT CHANGE your windows Language, it's for programs only.

 

Change the LOCALE to Russian and you may login.

I'm getting LCID error.

 

I've already tried:

• Changing locale (As instructed above)
  
• deleting system folders and updating.
  
• reinstalling fresh client & full update.
  

Ideas?

2 Click on 'Language and Region preferences'

3 Click on 'Properties'

4 Click on 'Change systems language'

5 Choose 'English or Russian' and click 'Ok'

6 Click on 'Ok'

7 Restart your PC

 

Can you just put screenshots coz there is no "Properties" option on my loptop windows 7. I dont wanna change all to russian to get right
